How do we go about entering the DTC information in the application?

I haven't heard back from Child Plus yet, but Carl shared some information regarding this process.
Enrollment staff should be asking all parents during the interview if there is a DTC and also be obtaining the address.
If a child has a DTC address:
1. Email Carl the address 2. Under the transportation tab, select 'Add Route' 3. Select 'DTC Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton'depending on city 4. Click 'Other Location' and add the DTC address.
This will allow us to track all DTC addresses until we figure out a way to add this in the application.
Let me know if there is another way or feel free to update the process if this changes.

FINALIZED PROCESS FOR DTC:
Please utilize the Designation Information section under the application tab, found in each applicant's page.
1. At face to face interview, ask parent if they are able to self transport. Select yes/no. 2. Ask parent if they were to be given transportation, do they have a day time caregiver. -If yes, select DTC, enter name of DTC and address. -If no DTC, select Home and enter home address (leave DTC Name blank).
